I Am Unafraid To Go Where Clients Lead Me Emotionally.

True healing requires a marriage of spiritual, intellectual and emotional development. Once those areas synchronize, serenity is possible.

Deeper on-going work provides triumph in a beautiful life.

Why I’m different

  • Individual Therapy
  • Family Therapy
  • Couples Therapy

Individual Psychotherapy

People often arrive in therapy highly activated due to a symptomatic behavior that is causing them pain. I utilize a combination approach of treatment (CBT, EMDR, NFT, PIT) to reduce the intensity of what they are currently feeling. Once the acute phase of pain has diminished, I continue to integrate modalities as needed within an analytic psychotherapy process designed to create long-term change.

Family Psychotherapy

Typically, families enter treatment when one member is struggling. Within a family systems model, I evaluate the roles each member has chosen and attempt to identify the root causes for dysfunction. Once the family members begin to understand these, we can facilitate and improve communication.

Couples Psychotherapy

Couples often leave the initial phase of romantic love and become mired in power struggle. This disconnects them from their fondness for each other and breaks trust. By integrating analytic talk therapy and Imago therapy, I encourage emotional connection and revelation. This allows couples to move into deeper state of on-going love.
